The front of the top has the lyrics "And What You Gave To Me, My Perfect Ring of Scars" from the song, Ruiner.

On the back, the NIN Logo with NINE INCH NAILS PEEL IT BACK is printed, along with a close up image of the rope from the Further Down The Spiral cover.

The t-shirt made its debut during the UK leg of the tour and continued to be sold through the duration of the US tour.

This t-shirt was also made available for sale on the US and UK NIN.com store on June 26th, 2026 as part of a larger Peel It Back 2025/2026 merch drop.
