The t-shirt looks almost identical to the Pretty Hate Machine 20 year anniversary t-shirt that was released in 2010.

The key difference is that this t-shirt has the NIN logo printed in white, while the 20 year anniversary t-shirt has the NIN logo printed in blue.

Additionally, the Interscope Records store also had this t-shirt on sale at one point.
