Year Zero Ammo Box

Year Zero Ammo Box

The description is taken from a 2010 auction for a Haiti Relief Fund, donated by ItsJustDave from the Echoing the Sound forum.

On April 13th, 2007, as part of the viral multimedia marketing campaign for Nine Inch Nails' then-upcoming album YEAR ZERO, some 60 fans were directed to meet at the corner of Melrose and Ogden Avenue in Los Angeles, where they were met by members of a secret underground resistance movement and given black ammunition boxes which contained street team "Resistance Kits" playing into the fictional world Trent Reznor and company had created for the YEAR ZERO release.

This item was never available for sale, nor were they ever distributed outside this one-time only event.

"The Resistance Kit:" includes:

1 Metal Art Is Resistance "Ammo" Box
10 Flyers
10 Buttons
1 Marker
1 Hat
1 Bandana
1 Patch
4 Stickers
1 Stencil

The Box Measures 11 inches across the top and 7 inches in height.
