Set of six album flats, included as part of membership in the Spiral fan club.

There were seven flats total issued; all sets included Pretty Hate Machine, Broken, The Downward Spiral, The Fragile and With Teeth. The sixth flat in some sets included Fixed or Sin.

These differ from regular promotional items by the embossed Spiral logo in a lower corner, and the embossed raising of parts of the artwork.

Originally shipped in a square heavy cardboard box, also included in the package was The Spiral Patch
